1. How do I place an order via Gift Owls?

We have two kinds of options: (a) preset gifting options and (b) personal shopping. You can choose from either and checkout. 

2. What is the difference between the two options?

Our preset options consist of items that we either have in-stock, or have checked for availability. These gift sets are made up of an assortment of items suitable to each occasion. 

For Personal Shopping, a Gift Owls representative will assist you in securing the item(s) of your choice. 

3. How does Personal Shopping with Gift Owls work?

Start an order by selecting personal shopping here. Once your order has been placed, fill out your preference form here. A representative will contact you on the email address you have provided to start consultation. 

NB: You will need to complete your purchase to receive your order number required for filling the preference form. 

4. I have an idea, but not sure how to execute it. Can you help?

We sure can! Not every idea is practical to execute, however, our Owls will make sure we find something that works for you. 

5. Do you deliver all over Canada?

We're working on it. Gift Owls is based in Brampton, ON, and we currently offer local delivery in the Greater Toronto Area. Some items may be eligible for country-wide shipping, and will say so in the product description.
