Refund policy

Returns

Gift receipts are included where applicable, and product must be returned to store by recipient.

Note: items cannot be directly returned to us. 

 


Refunds:

a. No refunds are accepted on delivered items.

b. Cancellations can only be processed 2 hours after purchase and a processing fee of 13% is deducted from refund amount if payment is made via credit/debit card or PayPal. This does not apply to purchases made via electronic money transfer. 

 

Substitutions:

If an item that is part of a bundle is unavailable, a substitution will be made with an item of equal or greater value.   

 

Cancellations

We accept cancellations up to two hours after the order has been placed. This does not apply to same-day delivery orders. For refund polices see above.
